Resumen:
This workpresentsthesynthesis,characterizationandtestingofcatalystsfortheFischer-Tropschreac- tion. MolecularsieveMCM-41waspreparedunderhydrothermaltreatmentat150 ◦C for2days,using the followingmolarcompositionofreagents:1SiO2:0.27 CTABr:0.19TMAOH:40H2O. Obtainingthe mesoporous molecularsieve,Si-MCM-41,wasconfirmedbyX-raydiffraction.Thedepositionofcobalt on MCM-41supportwascarriedoutbywetimpregnation,usinganaqueoussolutionofcobaltnitrate. The imagesobtainedfromTEMclearlyshowedagooddispersionofthecobaltonthesupport(MCM-41). The texturalcharacteristicsofthesampleswereinvestigatedbyisothermalgasadsorption/desorption. Using theBJHmethod,itwaspossibletoobtainthevaluesoftheaverageporediameteronadsorption and desorption.Theobtainedcatalystscontainingdifferentcobaltconcentrationswereevaluatedforthe Fischer-Tropsch reaction.Increasingthetemperatureincreasestheselectivitytoolefinswiththe15wt.% Co/MCM-41 catalyst,aswellasincreasestheselectivitytomethanewiththe5wt.%Co/MCM-41catalyst.
