Resumen:
The bacteriocin enterocin CRL35 retained its activity in the gut after oral administration. The bacteriocin, as well as the bacteriocinogenic strain markedly reduced the CFU counts ofListeria cells in liver and spleen. None of the groups showed any remarkable changes of hematological parameters, food and fluid intake except the preventive administration of E.mundtii CRL35.
