Resumen:
The specific advantages of the fluidised and spouted beds gas-solid processes (great exchange area, homogeneous bed temperature, etc) favour their use for various coating applications such as growth of bed particles or surface modification of particles or objects immersed in the bed. In this paper we describe a new non-isothermal model developed for a spouted bed reactor. The model is tested on CVD deposition of silicon from silane.
