Resumen:
Melanoma is the most dangerous form of skin cancer, associated with an increasing incidence in the population. Vav proteins, GEFs for Rho GTPase, surprisingly, play opposing roles in mouse melanoma cell line B16-F0, as we previously found.In our study, we explored how Vav2 and Vav3 regulate immunological aspects in melanoma. Microarray analysis revealed that Vav2 expression leads to downregulation in the antigen presentation folding pathway and immunoregulatory interactions. Additionally, Vav3 expression was associated with downregulation in the interferon pathway and the complement cascade.We perform tumor microenvironment studies by subcutaneously injection of the B16-F0 cell lines mentioned above in C57BL/6 mice. We analysed by flow cytometry immune infiltrates in tumor and blood samples.
