Resumen:
Preterm (PR) children are at risk of developmental problems because of their immaturity.Controversial results exist in relation to: Preterm children´s early communicative and language development.Factors associated with developmental/linguistic outcomes of PR children. The question of whether and to what extent preterm children are delayed in early language acquisition remains unresolved.
