This document describes the procedures for deploying and using the e-Queuing Service. The e-Queuing Service is part of the software infrastructure for Electronic Government. It aims at issuing queuing tickets in support of the delivery of public services. First, the scope of the Macao Data Exchange Gateway Project is presented, aswell as one of the project deliverables - the e-Queuing Service. Second, the deployment component and a possibledeployment environment, including hardware and software requirements, are described. Third, the process for deploying the service is explained. Fourth, guidelines for accessing the service are introduced. Fifth,Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) related to the service are discussed. Finally, some conclusions are drawn.
