This document describes the procedures for deploying and using the e-Appointment Service. The e-Appointment service is part of the software infrastructure for Electronic Government enabling booking appointments between applicants and government units responsible for the delivery of public services. First, the scope of the Macao Data Exchange Gateway Project is presented, as well as one of the project deliverables - the e-Appointment Service. Second, the deployment component and a possible deployment environment, including hardware and software requirements, are described. Third, the process for deploying the service is explained. Fourth, guidelines for accessing the service are introduced. Fifth, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) related to the service are discussed. Finally, some conclusions are drawn.
