Resumen:
Social welfare public services are delivered by most local governments around the world. However, limited research efforts and policy instruments exist for assisting them in designing tools contributing to standardize the service business processes. This paper presents a research work that aims at defining a core vocabulary for the social welfare public services. Initial results, including a preliminary set of terms are discussed.
