Resumen:
Multidomain, superparamagnetic nanoparticles are obtained that can dissipate thermal energy under a RF-MF.In vitro cell viability results in the presence of a RF-MF provided an indirect measure of the hyperthermic and drug-related effects. The combination of treatments appears to enhance individual activity.Biological tests on HCT 116 multicellular tumour spheroid models are envisioned to evaluated this combinatorial anti-tumoral treatment on 3D cellular cultures.
