Resumen:
In order to be more productive, the team must understand how to work in an agile organization. In 2001 it was decided to make a manifesto (called Agile Manifesto) in which proposed four values and twelve principles. In this regard, software engineering has advanced greatly in recent years, but it still suffers from the lack of relationship between the elements forming agility. This research has focused on agile knowledge. Our purpose involves examining the state of agility, its elements and the relationship between them. In this paper we describe a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) that is conducted followed the methodology proposed by Kitchenham and Charters and Biolchini. The aim of this SLR was to identify studies which describe the ontology for Agile knowledge and relations between them generally not applied to a specific project.
