Resumen:
Hydrogels of naturally occurring polymers are a good choice for the development of bioinks that allows cell viability and a good performance during printing. In this work, mixtures of different proportions of gelatin and alginate were prepared and their elastic modulus (G´) and loss modulus (G?) were measured as a function of the time. These mixtures were employed as inks for printing, using a 3D bioprinter and different crosslinking agents. The compression modulus (E) measured to a four layers porous scaffold, and the printability to a one layer porous scaffold, were correlated with the composition of the inks. The mixture of gelatin 15% w/v and alginate 4% w/v crosslinked with CaCl2 0,2M showed good rheological parameters and high printability.
