Resumen:
A larval habitats of Aedes (Stegomyia) aegypti (Linnaeus) and Culex (Culex) quinquefasciatus Say in bromeliads is described. Stand out a possible degree of introduction and adaptation to primitive forest for these species and the epidemiological role of bromeliaceae as natural containers.
