Resumen:
Littorella is a small genus of three herbaceous aquatic species distributed in Europe, northeastern North America and southern South America. Here we provide a complete nomenclatural revision for this genus, where lectotypes are designated for the names of its three accepted species, including the Linnaean name Plantago uniflora, which is the basionym of L. uniflora.
