Resumen:
The flavonoid pattern of two bee pollen pollinic types have been characterized by HPLC-DAD-MS/MS. Flavonol and flavone glycosides have been identified, being the most abundant compounds kaempferol-3-O-neohesperidoside from Echium plantagineum and kaempferol-3-O-malonylglucoside from Campanulaceae.
