Resumen:
The physical and chemical properties of magnetic nanotubes are attractive for scientific and industrial community. They have potential applications in different areas such as sensors of various types, rheology modifiers and optoelectronic among others. In this work we report the synthesis and characterization of cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) nanotubes obtained in a matrix of bacterial nanocellulose. This composite was obtained by coprecipitation of the precursor salts of cobalt ferrite inside a lyophilized nanocellulose matrix. As characterization techniques we use Scanning Electron Microscopy, X-ray diffraction, TGA and Magnetometry.
