Resumen:
In this work, the preliminary synthesis of a process for the production of sunflower seed hulls value added products will be presented at the conceptual stage. A General Disjunctive Programming (GDP) problem is solved, proposing a superstructure generated by the different ways of treating the raw material, posing different alternatives for the process and desired products. The Net Present Value is used as objective function. The solution of this problem allows for the identification of promising processes for the sensible and profitable use of residual biomass.
