Plastic Waste from Electric and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is a waste stream with an exponential increase. Laws around the world are pushing the market to use a percentage of recycled plastics in new electronic products. WEEE plastics stream consist mainly in complex copolymers usually with inorganic fillers. In this sense and in order to produce a new product, these materials are blended in melt form . Final properties of these new products depends on blends composition and morphology. Then a compositional study of recycled WEEE plastic stream components is truly necessary so as to obtain good final products. In this work , a combination of different thermogravimetric tests are used as a way to identify recycled plastic material composition and also for quality control of their blends.
