Resumen:
Fragaria x ananassa var. camarosa is one of the varieties of strawberries grown in INTA-Famaillá. It is a herbaceous, with root system at 30 cm soil. The aims was to characterize the anatomy of root and  morphology  of the endomycorrhiza. Were collected from 10 individuals per treatment (without disinfection ?S/D? and disinfection ?C/D?, metam sodium). Samples were treated with conventional techniques. La estructura primaria de la raíz adventicia presentó epidermis unistrata, exodermis, corteza parenquimática (2-4).  The primary structure of root presented unistrata epidermis, exodermis, cortex parenchyma, with longitudinal air channels, endodermis, unistrato pericycle and diarca stele. The secondary structure show different stages of early growth, epidermal debris, exodermis and cortical parenchyma (primary structure) attached to the periderm in formation, cortical parenchyma  internal scarce and vascular system. The secondary xylem presented protoxilemáticos points 2-4. Were observed 2 morphological types of endomycorrhiza: Arum and Paris. The air channels observed in the cortex parenchyma of the primary structure are associated with the morphology Arum. Is described by the first time the radical anatomy and  the endomycorrhiza presence  in var. camarosa.
