Resumen:
The present paper sets out to analyze and to compare the coalitionals strategies of the main political forces in the campaigns of 2003 and 2007 for the government of the City of Buenos Aires. Describing the processes of conformation of the political offer for both elections, the study asks for the relation between the growth in number and centralidad of the coalitions like political actors, and the deterioration of the political parties like organizers of the political identifications. In this sense, one will demonstrate that, after a first process of political transformation demonstrated by the sprouting of third parties, the tendency towards the political fluctualización and fragmentation in the district derived in a complex and money changer map from small coaligadas political forces underneath transitory leaderships. Given the centralidad of the city of Buenos Aires in Argentine political dynamics (not only for being the seat of the national authorities, but also for being the center of the political communication at national level), happening of its political dynamics in a new format of political representation special cobra importance to analyze processes that, with rates and diverse intensities, appear on national scale. Also, the incidence of the Argentine crisis of 2001 in this process, and the opening of the new representative model to recurrent scenes of crisis will be tematizados in the development of the paper.
