Resumen:
A system designed to generate ultra-shortpulses under 100μs is presented. Here weshowed that piezo movements close to20μs are possible and we characterizedthe soleonid pinch valves as the controlelement of the pressurized deliverysystem designed to reduce the diffusiontime on the patch.A fully functional system is under way.Our policy will be to share it with thecommunity.
