Performance of the ATLAS photon trigger with 7 TeV pp collisions at LHC

The trigger system of the ATLAS experiment at the LHC faces the challenge to reduce the incoming rate of 40 MHz to 100-200 Hz which is theforeseen offline storage capability. The 3-level ATLAS trigger consists of Level 1, which is implemented in custom hardware, and a software basedHigh-Level Trigger (HLT), which are comprised of the Level 2 trigger and the Event Filter (EF). In this poster an overview of Trigger will be given as well as performance triggering photons for differents physics channels: Higgs, Gravitons, and SUSY with photons in the final state.
