Resumen:
This presentation aims to examine the process of circulation of Rights of Nature recognition from the Ecuadorian Constitution (2008) and the Bolivian legislation (2010 and 2012) to the field of global regulation of environment in order to destabilize the various operations that overshadow the diversity of views in relation to the current ecological crisis. By examining a documentary corpus composed of regulations from the national space (especially from Ecuador, Bolivia and other Latin American regions and cities) and global scale (in particular, a group of conventions, declarations, resolutions and reports of the United Nations) the circulation process of the Rights of Nature will be reconstructed to turn visible the abovementioned diversity during the first part of the 21st century.
