Resumen:
Different situations of vulnerability have been a theme in the law research field. This intervention aims at introduce some of the topics where vulnerability is interpreted and has a main place in the legal discussions: 1) The relation among catastrophes and human rights. Is the protection of human rights observable before, during and after the catastrophes in the current regulative systems? This was the main question of an international research project led by Limoges University in cooperation with others ones as the National University of Littoral; 2) The environmentally-displaced persons status. In relation with the abovementioned topic another legal emptiness was detected: the regulation about the environmentally-displaced persons. Due to this emptiness part of the researchers worked on an international convention project on the status of environmentally-displaced persons that has been discussed in the last period in different international spaces.
