A data set is offered containing sequencescorresponding to the chlorophyte algae Chlamydomonas eustigma, Goniumpectorale and Coccomyxa subellipsoidea, the charophyte algae Coleochaeteorbicularis and Klebsormidium flaccidum, the bryophyte Sphagnumfallax, the marchantophyte Marchantia polymorpha and the gymnosperm Pinustaeda, which have been not formerly analyzed. In addition, an analysis of similarityscores among representatives of the clusters recognized in photosynthetic Greenorganisms (namely, chlorophyte algae, charophyte algae, basal embryophytes andhigher embryophytes) is performed as well as an analysis of membrane topologyfor them.
