Resumen:
We review a statistical theory for gases based on space partitions that assign a volume to each particle. The formulation is addressed to evaluate number distributions of atoms and molecules on internal states, taking unto account perturbative effects due to neighbor particles. We briefly analyze the properties of this theory.
