From the paper of Martin & Wickramasinghe (1979) we have developed a program to calculate the Stokes parameters for different models of stellar atmospheres. Particularly, we applied it in B stars with magnetic fields. The Stokes parameters are a function of the value of the source function in each point of the atmosphere. We analyze how the magnetic fields affect the source function and how the latter influences the behavior of the Stokes parameters.
