Resumen:
In this paper a physical model structure and a method for continuous identification of the class of moored semisubmersibles are presented. The system dynamics is shown to produce chaotic behaviors or n-periods with a single excitation, which is very appropriate for the convergence of the parameters. A regression for the estimator is constructed containing 312 parameters to be identified. An analysis of the persistency of excitation have revealed that the regressor must expand a space of only 24 dimensions in order to ensure exponential convergence of the whole estimates. A case study of a real crane-platform is presented.
