Resumen:
In this work a method to design robust adaptive controls for general nonlinear systems with structural uncertainties is presented. The algorithm is compared with a similar technique developed for pure adaptive system. It is shown that the algorithm can asure global stability with high-quality allround performance and insensibility to structural changes. A novel approach for capturing structural uncertainties based on exponential bounds is also proposed therein. A case study based on a Colpitts circuit in chaotic state is analyzed in open- and close loop with tracking of specified reference trajectories. fied reference trajectories.
