Resumen:
In this work a methodology for designing globally stable adaptive controls for nonlinear systems with structural changes is presented. The methodology is based on speed-gradient adaptive controllers and extended to the tracking problem and the adaptive robust problem. The methodology ensures global stability following transparent steps in the design and leads to high-quality all-round performance with insensibility to structural changes. The insertion of structural uncertainties in the control law reclines on exponential bounds that are required a-priori.
