In this lecture we show recent advances associated with two-weight of weak type $(1,1)$ inequality of Calder\'on-Zygmund Operators. We also discuss the relationship between these kind of inequalities and the sharp dependence of the $A_1$-constant in the weighted weak-type $(1,1)$ inequality of a Calderon-Zygmund operator.
