Resumen:
Objective:It has been reported that up to 25% of women that require assisted reproduction techniques present a displaced WOI. In this sense, multiple tests based on endometrial gene expression have been proposed to detect the WOI and correct the transfer day. Although the efficacy of these test has been proved in recurrent implantation failure (RIF) patients, it is questioned in fertile women. In this work, we aim develop a new complementary test to identify RIF patients by endometrial gene expression, as they will benefit the most of WOI test. Methods:Endometrial biopsies were obtained at secretory phase from 22 RIF patients and 18 fertile women. Two samples of each group were kept for validation while the rest were used for gene expression and model training. The expression of 37 genes, selected from previous reports by their association with receptivity related processes, was evaluated by RT-qPCR and further analyzed by principal component analysis. Random Forest algorithm was used to generate a classification model. Results:A significant modulation in 33 of the evaluated genes was found (p
