Glass inclusions represent small volumes of liquidsenclosed by a host mineral during its growth. Heating experimentson glass inclusions allow reversing the postentrapmentprocesses that occurred inside the inclusions duringcooling. These experiments - performed on glassy and glassbearinginclusions in olivine - enable us to obtain informationregarding the conditions prevailing during host formation, eitherin terrestrial or extra-terrestrial rocks [e.g., 1 ? 5]. Here we reporton the heating experiments performed with glass inclusions in olivineof the CV3 Allende chondrite.
