Resumen:
ICT pose new problems and provide new solutions. The world population is becoming larger and older- Implications for nearly all sectors of society:labor and financial markets demand for goods and services, such as housing, transportation and social welfare, family structures and intergenerational ties.What new types of habitat will meet the needs of older adults? What specific services, urban spaces, and urban facilities do older adults require? Which kind of mobility will be the most adequate? Urban policies need to include ICT-supported strategies for senior-friendly cities.
