Resumen:
SnPb alloys constitute a kind of superplastic materials that also work as a model material for studying recrystallization behaviour. They certainly present dynamic recrystallization at room temperature and that makes them suitable to study the interaction between severe plastic deformation, texture development and dynamic recrystallization. In the current work we present some results on pure Sn, pure Pb and eutectic PbSn alloys deformed by Equal Channel Angular Processing. The Pb textures and Pb rich phase in PbSn alloys belong to a kind that can be rationalized as Cube rotated if we consider a new definition of sample axes compatible with the cinematic of the deformation. The Sn textures also show a rotated pattern that is analysed in terms of the perturbed deformation gradient imposed by the existence of a second phase.
