Resumen:
The evolution of texture during uniaxial tension of AM20 was investigated by using synchrotron X-ray radiation. The texture of the initial material is composed of strong components of basal planes parallel and perpendicular to the extrusion direction. The significant changes of texture components by tension are observed and are verified by texture simulations based on a self-consistent viscoplastic model implementation.
