Resumen:
We report an
optofluidic technique for local and instantaneous determination of pore opening
during dissolution of barrier oxide layer in nanoporous anodic alumina membrane.
The reflected light from a focused laser on the sample can be used to monitor
the capillary imbibition of the etching solution. Since the etching rate
increase with the temperature, the same laser used to measure the pore opening
process can be used to control the area of the sample were the pore opening
occurs first.
