Resumen:
The scope of the present work is to improve an approach of second order in curves of magnetic hysteresis. An additional term dB (B) is added to the upward and descendent branches of the second order function magnetic hysteresis loop reported by J. Rivas et.al (IEEE Trans.Magn., Vol. Mag. 17, 1981). The new semi-empirical approach is tested with published typical cycles of commercial Ni-ferrites (Ferroxcube).
This procedure is extended to measurements on a Ni standard sample, using for it a VSM (Vibrant Sample Magnetometer), reporting also the typical cycles and the improvements to the approaches.
