Resumen:
Different enzymebiomarkers(AChE:acetylcholinesterase,CbE:carboxylesterase,GST:glutathione-S-transferase,CAT:catalase)weremeasuredindigestivetissuesof Lysapsuslimellum frogs collectedfromarice field (RF:chlorpyriphossprayedbyaircraft)andanon-contaminatedarea(RS:referencesite),im-mediately(24h)and168hafteraerialsprayingwithchlorpyrifos(CPF).CPFdegradationwasalsosearched inwatersamplescollectedfromRFandRS,andfoundthatinsecticideconcentrationwasre-duced toE6.78% oftheoriginalconcentrationinRFat168h.Asignificant reductionofAChEandCbEactivities wasdetectedin L. limellum from RFinstomachandliverat24and168h,andinintestineonlyat 24h,withrespecttoRSindividuals.CATactivitydecreasedinintestineof L. limellum from RF24hand168hafterexposuretoCPF,whereasGSTdecreasedinthattissueonlyat24h.Instomachandliver,adecrease wasobservedonlyat168hinbothCATandGST.Theuseofbiomarkers(AChE,CbE,GST,andCAT)providesdifferentlinesofevidencesforecotoxicologicalriskassessmentofwildfrogpopulationsatsites contaminatedwithpesticides.
