Resumen:
Noncooperative network formation games in industrial organization analyze how firms create links. I assume that links portray cost-reducing information and accessing to this information is not reciprocal. I study the consequences in profits if one firm can move first in establishing link. A classical model of exogenous Stackelberg leadership is developed and first-mover advantages are observed.
