The deposit of thin films by laser ablation is avery common technique for the development ofnew materials and also for the design of gassensor? High-vacuum chambers, high-power lasers andheating systems are used in the substrate wherethe particles are deposited? In this work we have developed a process withDirect Laser Write (DLW) at atmosphericpressure.
