Resumen:
The deposit of thin films by laser ablation is a very commontechnique for the development of new materials and also forthe design of gas sensors. At present, high-vacuum chambers,high-power lasers and heating systems are used in thesubstrate where the particles are deposited [1]. On the otherhand the deposits normally are realized using some type ofmetallic mask to realize some motive on the substrate that isdeposited.In this work we have developed a process with DLW onCarbon graphite with a 1W continuous laser at atmosphericpressure. With a CNC system homemade, we have(controlled) deposited C nanoparticles on a glass substratum.Different essays have been made with the porpouse ofestablish optimal values of ablation and particlesdeposition.These depositions have been studied with SEMand AFM techniques.After this achievement, we designed our sensors using thebest parameters.
