Resumen:
The aim of this work is the implementation of the procedures for rapid and simple detection of counterfeit perfumes. For this purpose, a portable electronic nose (EN) in our laboratories was developed. This device contains tin dioxide sensors placed in a heated chamber thermally stabilized. The desorption rate constants were used to discriminate perfumes using principal component analysis (PCA) and Fisher algorithms. The procedure for obtaining the signals and the chemometric treatment is rapid and simple, and provides good classification capabilities for the different perfume samples investigated.
