Resumen:
A sensor was fabricated for the detection of organic compounds (alcohol,acetone, xylene) from a polysaccharide gel combined with a chromium pentacarbonyl complex of 5-butyltio-3H-1,2-dithiol-3tiona. It was deposited a film on an Ti-Au electrode and then characterized the resistance response to the organic compounds. It was found that irradiating the film with a 631nm LED the sensitivity increased twice.
