Resumen:
There is a great inequality as regards the direction and priorities of the distribution and access to telemedicine and other benefits of the information society. The knowledge gap can produce inequities in the right to health because imbalance in information is an important determinant of inequality in health-care. Poverty and illiteracy in developing nations stand as major barriers to the adoption and sustainability of information technologies. The e-health paradox refers the populations that may have the most to gain from Information and Communication Technologies ICTs- in health  are those who do not have access for poor infrastructure, lack  of resources, and barriers of untrained personnel. The present work attemps to modelize the prospective problems involved in the use of telemedicine in Cuenca Carbonífera de Río Turbio, Argentina; considering that the wealth of a region is the equal access to ICT in order to avoid the isolation´s medical problems of the region.
