Resumen:
In this paper a new method to investigate systems with type-I intermittency is presented. The method is an extension of the scheme that we have established to study type-II and type-III intermittency. With this methodology, new analytical expressions for the reinjection probability density function (RPD) and the probability density of the laminar length are obtained.
