Resumen:
Nowadays, territorial modernization in Argentine is accomplished through the implantation of material and inmaterial networks as well organizations and norms created to produce fluid relationships between global and national corporations. State arises as a necessary mediation to global order new investments and new actions. Whereas firms engage in an organizational modernization, State provides the norms to a neoregulation of energy, telecommunications, financial and labor sectors.
