In this paper we show some numerical results of an implementation of the finite element method simulating the behaviour of the reticulated structure, the suspension and the blade for a variable-geometry oval-trajectory (VGOT) Darrieus. We perform an analysis of the tip deflection and the tip torsion of the blade, the frontal and lateral angle variation in the blade bottom and the Von Misses tensions of 4 witness beams, all of them in function of the trajectory-length parameter. Also there are shown some examples of the reticulated structure deformed configuration. These results allow us to obtain conclusions about de design of the structure of the generating blade-wagon, evaluating different configurations.
