Resumen:
This work presents the development of a serious game controlled by myoelectric signals for upper limb prosthetic use training. The game consists in a virtual environment where different objects are manipulated using a virtual hand. Experiments were performed on able-body subjects to determine the functionality and robustness of the game and, also, to obtain an indication of the performance of users with and without visual feedback. Three evaluation parameters were implemented, speed, time and muscular effort. The results showed that visual feedback facilitates the development of the game for users and contributes to the muscular effort necessary to perform the tasks.
