Resumen:
CdTe polycrystalline thin films were obtained in order to develop solar cells. The thin films were grown by electrodeposition and were characterised by XRD and XPS. Au will be used as the back contact; for this purpose, Au diffusion in the CdTe films was studied in temperature range of 423-823 K.
