This technical report is associated to the STAN denominated "Mosplate prototype execution for Hotswap". ESRF has engineered a strategy to deal with power supply failures during operation, consisting in having available a limited number of spare supplies and a method to switch from a defective unit to a spare one, where the main goal is to minimize the system down time. The technical report summarizes the tests performed at ESRF between 27/03/2018 and 10/04/2018, over the Mosplate board number 1. At the end of each test, the list of modications performed and required correcting actions are summarized. Tests included:1) Measurement of power supplies and isolated gate power supplies.2) FPGA and communication: FPGA programming, RS485, FPGA IO.3) Power and thermal tests: thermal behavior and power dissipation.4) Current measurement performance.5) Swap power tests: Input and output transient. Swap transient duration.6) Mechanical considerations.
